JAMAL HALL

Jamal Hall is a saxophonist with over 15 years of playing experience. He was born and raised in Newark, Delaware and is an alumnus of Temple University. Jamal began his music career at the age of ten when he began playing the clarinet. At age sixteen, he switched to the alto saxophone and has not looked back.

Jamal has been a resident of Charleston, South Carolina for over ten years. He has proudly performed in hundreds of weddings from Florida to Delaware, Minnesota and even as far as Milan, Italy within the past decade. His style is heavily rooted in blues, funk, pop and R&B (with just a small bit of jazz). He is not the kind of saxophone player that simply sits in a corner behind the DJ. No, if you want to find Jamal, he’ll be right next you on the dance floor at your wedding or special event.

and the owner of Charleston Bows & Strings. With over 15 years of experience, Rafe has established himself as one of the leading wedding musicians in Charleston, South Carolina. Rafe is dedicated to helping couples create the perfect musical atmosphere for their wedding day. With his warm and approachable personality, Rafe is eager to make couples feel at ease and deliver performances that are both beautiful and meaningful.
